![]() if that does work, then that implies it's a gpu/driver issue.you are legit using the same thing i am." worst thing they can do is send back a screen recording showing themselves not having the same issue on the same hardware. if you can reproduce it even with premiere's built-in tone & bars image, that's basically a "fuck you, you test this, see?" so they can't buy themselves more turnaround time asking for assets. if even that doesn't work, send 'em your driver version, gpu model, and os version.wheneveri run into stuf like this, i tend to apply plugins to a 720p video clip in a brand new project, something where it should 100% work (i.e. I am hoping someone can help me find a fix as soon as possible! I have already tried some major fixes (reinstalling Maxon app/plugins/updating GPU drivers/unplugging my second monitor/creating a new project file/etc). Here's a video clip showcasing the glitches. I thought I'd turn to the community for some help. I've opened two cases with Maxon Support but the first one has been seemingly abandoned (I haven't had a response in over two weeks despite reaching out multiple times), so I opened a second one but my hopes are low. Up until now I've been able to do broad strokes in terms of editing, but because these issues show up in the actual renders themselves it means I have to fix them asap. ![]() ![]() This makes them unusable, and I am unable to properly see what I am working on. The basic outline of the issues is using the Shadow & Primatte plugins causes graphic glitches that show up in both the working file and rendered files. I have been having visual glitch issues with the VFX Shadow and Primatte plugins in After Effects. Worth keeping in mind (Do a MemTest!) if none of the other internet fixes work! ![]() UPDATE: My issues were caused by bad RAM sticks, so I got those replaced and it totally fixed my problems. ![]()
